Hi all,
Some news and updates.
Sorry for duplicates.

===========================
Status of Available IPv4 Address
In the recent Malaysia Network Operators Group (MyNOG), APNIC presented
that, as of Jan 2012, out of the last /8, 901blocks of /22 have been
allocated. This means that we are left with 78% of the /22 blocks. Japan
and China are the main economies with the most IPv4 address request.
Seriously, a /22 has 1,000 plus IP addresses which is insufficient to
run a ISP network. Unless you will like to buy IPv4 address at USD4 per
address (http://www.tradeipv4.com/), the drive to deploy IPv6 has never
been more urgent.
World IPv6 Launch
The date is fixed on 6 June 2012.On this day, participants will turn on
IPv6 permanently. This is probably the last major shove from the industry.
SGIX is participating (sgix.speedtest.net) , anyone else from Singapore?
