   1. Which IRR should SGIX specify, and will Chun Sing pay for it?
   2. Ban them?  You realise that SGIX needs members, right?  To pay the
   bills.  Throwing out customers, or forcing them to go private at Equinix
   makes the whole point of SGIX, well, pointless.

Education is good.  Who will speak on IRR at our next Network Engineers
Meetup?
