[sg-hub] Management internet connection via EIE (SG1)

A partner of ours spent an entire year a couple of years ago, trying to
explain this concept, and people kept assuming he wanted "outbound access,
1Mbps" :-(

The issue is that the cross-connect charge is significant.

Please contact me off-list if you would like me to put you in contact with
the other guy, they are at both Equinix SG1 and Global Switch.
