[sg-hub] Lu Heng and NRS threat to APNIC

I do not know the parties involved, but I *do* know that this is a dispute
between AFRINIC and an AFRINIC member, which the courts in Mauritius have
consistently said is a valid dispute.  The courts, so far, have said that
he followed the bylaws of AFRINIC, which has its own issues with management.

If Mr Lu Heng wishes to stand for the EC, that is his decision (assuming he
meets the requirements).  I think it would be wrong to characterise the
others (whom I have not heard of either), as his pawns.
