Bill,

(Sorry for the top post)

The issue with SOX, and with every other real IX, is that I need a:
Local loop
DC interconnect

This means my initial cost is over $2000, and $1500 monthly.

The waiver of the port charge is appreciated, but smaller (Hobbyist)
Operators have a significant hump to overcome.

With a tunnel server, operators come in over the internet, however they
wish, and peer. Of course, quality is variable, but you get a good return
for what you pay, nothing.

I may be missing something, so please do correct me.

Thank you,
