[sg-ops] Internet Service Provider should inform their customers on DNS Changer malware.

Today I received a mail from my ISP about DNS Changer (http://
info.singtel.com/sites/default/files/edm/201206_malware/DNS_eDM.html).  I
think it is a good initiative from Singnet,  it will probably reduce the
number of phone calls to their help desk when the temporary solution is
removed.

Are Starhub,  M1 and other ISPs doing the same thing?
