[sg-ops] Cheap-ish Ip transit with BGP

Jonathan, HE is great!

My issue then becomes "who will provide a local loop and port?". My
requirements are not 1G, and I do not need a protected circuit, etc.

As Matt pointed out, this is seen as an Enterprise product. I am wondering
if there exists a Business option, delivered over NGNBN (ti reduce the
local loop charges,if nothing else).

Both my existing upstreams (Super and MyRepublic) are customised because I
knew someone who was able to customise a product for me, profitably.
Neither Singtel nor Starhub Business teams understand BGP, and the
Enterprise teams provide a premium product.

I don't really need to be in SGIX (or any IX). All I need is just a
business ISP that will BGP peer. Sounds simple (the way I say it), but it
probably is not.
