Hi Barry
A while ago I wrote an ID to list ISP requirements for IPv6.
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-kawamura-ipv6-isp-listings-01
I wrote a requirements document in Japanese for JAIPA (which is like APJII in Indonesia)
and wrote an ID to ask for comments and opinions from the global community.
The ID is not too detailed because the goal was to ask for general ideas and
not go into minute details. The Japanese version has detailed
requirements and is used by ISPs in Japan for the RFPs.

to this level of detail?
I remember there was a no islanding policy a few years ago.
Not sure if this is the exact link to it. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

When I used a more detailed list of IPv6 requirements, the response from the vendors was interesting. It ranged from shocked to “US Imperialism” for using the NIST and IP6V Forum requirements (yes, from two of the well known big name vendors in the region).
